We are a fee for service dental practice, offering both family general practice care and prosthodontic specialty care at affordable, competitive fees. We accept more dental insurance plans as partial or full payment of our fees and will assist you with your insurance forms. We offer extended payment plans and have facilities for VISA, Master Card, and American Express. Do not hesitate to discuss your financial concerns with us.

A Word About Insurance

If you have dental insurance, we wish to help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. In order to achieve these goals, we need your assistance and understanding of our payment policy. PAYMENT FOR OUR SERVICES IS DUE AT THE TIME SERVICES ARE RENDERED unless prior financial arrangements have been made. We will be happy to help process your insurance claim form for your reimbursement. We request that you provide us with complete insurance information at the time of your initial visit. We must emphasize that as dental care providers, our relationship is with YOU, not the insurance company. All charges are your responsibility from the date services are rendered.
